Is my kitten sick? what's wrong?

I rescued a kitten (you can check my other question for the story) and it looks about 3 weeks old. I fed it some wet food but it was kind of chunky and now the kitten is coughing it up bit by bit. the kitten isn't moving very much and it just sitting there, please help

  2. it needs special milk for cats not normal milk and way to young for solid food.

    PLEASE bring it to a vet its very young

  3. Yes, this is a very, very young kitten. Usually kittens this young are still on their mother's milk. Since this is a rescue and his mother is not nearby, this might be an issue. The kitten food you gave him, though made for kittens, might not be sitting well with him because he is so young.

    Take him to a vet right away. He might be having some stomach issues. Check in your phone book and see if you can find an emergency vet clinic, one that has weekend hours, or a hotline you can call for advice. If you can't find one that's open on a Sunday, make an appointment for ASAP, tomorrow if possible.
