Is my land worth more as rural or urban deferred?

we are not going to develop the land

only sell to a developer/investor

7 acres rural to 7 acres urban deferred

located western australia

15 minutes from major town

  1. probably urban deferred.  Although you may pay higher property taxes that way until you sell it.

    I don't think it's really going to make much of a difference in price either way.  I'd personally keep it rural just in case you change your mind and decide to live there.  It might be harder to change it back.


  2. obviously urban deferred, if the developer is lookin to develop it in the near future.

    and if u dp tje conversion urself u can factor in that cost also in the price that is being offered
