Is my laptop dv6871us 64bit? If so, will it aid/inhibit 32x apps?

Somebody verify this for me.

A while back, I got an HP dv6871us laptop but just today, I read this description (READ THE ASTERISKS):

Tell me if this description means 64 bit version of vista and also if the 64 bit machine will help/inhibit 32 bit apps. As dumb as this question may seem, it came to a great shock to find this out about it.

I have VISTA 64-bit OS. So far, I haven't found a program that it refuses to run. I have heard that some anti-virus programs will not work (not norton though).

However, on my toshiba, it has two program folders - one for 64-bit apps and another for "*32bit" apps.
