Is my milk snake ok ?!?!?!?

i have recently purchased a black milk snake. he is in a 46 gallon bow tank. the temp. is room temp. and he has a bowl big enough for him to soak in. the humidity is 30-40 percent. i use my fogger for 30 minutes every morning. is every thing alright and am i keeping every thing right. and if you have any suggestions. this is my first milk snake.
