Is my mosquito bite infected? Is it even a mosquito bite?

On Saturday I walked for about 20 minutes along a woodsy area and started to notice I had several mosquito bites on my legs and one on the back of my neck. I have to admit, that night I scratched the one on the back of my neck a lot, but I really didn't think itd be a big deal.

Anyhow, Sunday I barely noticed it, just knew it was still there. Monday, while at work, I started to notice my neck, head and shoulders was hurting a lot and then saw how red and bumpy my neck had gotten. Not only that but I think the lymph nodes around my neck/head are swollen because I feel little bumps on my head/neck that are quite painful.

I bought some Cortizone and Benadryl and while the redness has gone a little bit, it is still swollen and painful and i can still feel the little bumps on my head and neck.

Oh, I had my mother check and she said she can only see one little point, so I dont think its a spider bite.

Any suggestions? I think I'll go to the doctor tomorrow but if anyone has any ideas, I'd appreciate them.
