Is my mystery snail gonna be ok?

Question

I was moving him into a breeding tank and I accidentally dropped him, a little strip of the edge of his shell broke off. He only fell about 8 inches. This all happened 5 minutes ago, and he is moving around a lot in the tank now. Is he gonna be ok?

if it was just a little chip he should be alright.   just keep an eye on him and make sure he isnt acting out of the norm.

Yes it should be fine mahe sure it has alot of food to re-build its shell. imagine what it goes through in the wild.
