My sister is 16 and she drew this, I want to know if it's good!!

For the type of art, it looks great! Get her to do still life, like fruit. That's the easiest thing to do. And try people. If she can draw a lot of things, maybe she can get a scholarship to University or something! Or get her work, in the school art shows or somewhere else.

Well personally I don't much care for the anime type drawing, but i guess if i was a fan i think it would be pretty good.
