Is my package lost???

Question

I was supposed to recieve a package via Priority Mail today. I checked the online status of my package and it says that it was already delivered. However, i never got it. What should i do???

Go to the post office and ask who accepted the package.  Hopefully you paid for tracking.

Call them up, give them the tracking code (the reference number given during purchase). I reckon it delivered to the wrong address.  They should be oblige to chase it down for you or reimbused you .Lastly you can claim insurance if you included one during ordering.
