Is my passport too old to renew?

the last time I left the country was when i was 5... that was like 19 years ago! I've never renwed my passport since, so its been expired for at about 15 years at least. Can i still renew my passport, or do i have to apply for a new one at this point?

You will have to apply for a new passport.

yes it is too old, you will have to reapply. If your passport was issued before you were 16 years old, you cannot renew it
