these pics are grainy, esp the one of the person playing guitar.

They are all out of focus.  The one with the guitar is way under exposed and grainy.  You have a good eye, but there are some simple things to do make the photos sharper, One is the use of a tripod, that will help avoid the blur from camera shake- and I think that is what is happening here.
