Is my pokemon team good or not?

My team is

-Groudon (LV 62

-Alakazam (LV 58)

-Dudrio(3 heads) (LV 65)

-Charmander( LV 45)

-Swello's Evolved form( lv 41)

-Azumarill( LV 40)

any recomendations to improve my team would be nice

I don't know looks like some of ur pokemons r weak(no matter what level r they in)...........try to evolve them.

evolve charmander to charizard and get them all to the same lv and it will be fine

you should evolve charmander to charzard.And train your azumarril and swellow
