Is my pomernaian puppy ok?

Question

Earlier, my 16 weeks old pomeranian puppy tried to jump out of my arms, and he did, and he landed against the TV. I notice now that he's limping. He doesn't jerk away, or whine, when i touch his legs, so hopefully nothings wrong. Going to the vet is just not an option. Do you think that he will be ok?
