  1. It is only good if you can hit putts with it. It may be a club that is wonderfully built, but if you can't strike it clean, it might as well be c**p. Putting is all feel. If you can feel what you want the ball to do before you hit it, and execute, you have a good putter. If not it isn't that good for you.

TM Makes only high quality clubs. Very high quality. So yea, it is a good club, but does it make you a good putter?

  2. Hearing nothing but good things about this putter.  Almost impossible to pull or push off line.  My friends son just got one and loves it.  In fact I had planned on getting a demo to try out this weekend.  As Dr. Bob Rotella, mental guru to the Pros says: If you think a new putter will help you, it will.

  3. The Taylor Made Rossa series are all great putters for good prices.  I play the Fontana model from 2004.  Best putter I have ever owned (even better than my old Zebra.)  You will love this thing.

  4. It's similar to just about any other center shaft putter out there, and the responses you get will vary depending on what a golfer's preference is.  Some people like a center shafted putter with a compact mallet design, and some don't.

In the same sense, some golfers prefer other brands over TM, such as Guerin Rife, Yes! Golf, Scotty Cameron, Ping, Never Compromise, Odyssey, Pinfire Golf, Heavy Putter, and the list goes on.

In my opinion, the Imola classic has a better look, but that's just me.  I also like the modern look of the Inza & Tourismo designs, which quite a few pros have taken a liking to, such as Sean O'Hair & Paul Goydos.

It's all about being fitted properly, finding the right length, grip size, weight, and head design to fit your style of putting.  Some golfers believe that straight back & straight through is the most consistent.  Others say that the Stan Utley style is best (inside to square to inside).  New research has even shown that inside to square (staying square thru to the finish) is even a better option.  Some of these putters are designed for each type of stroke.  The center shafted putters, like the Monte Carlo is best when coupled with a straight back straight thru stroke.

I hope this helps!  If you have any other questions, visit www.freewebs.com/egolf.

  5. if you here a constant clunk on four footers. it is the perfect putter . cost does not matter . you could pick up a 50 cent putter at a garage sale. as long as you hear the clunk. good choice. confidence is all that matters . well done .

  6. If you're making putts, it's good.
