Question:

Is my regular diet somewhat healthy?

Okay, I don't mean strict no carb diet, just healthy. I'm 11 and vegetarian so, yeah.

I wake up and either get Special K Cereal or an egg with some bread.

I usually eat a snack like a vegetable samosa or a wrap with some kind of lettuce and tomato in it.

Lunch; usually a salad or a baked potato.

Dinner; rice and beans or just a salad.

snack (i know, I do snack at night); a jelly sandwich with a glass of milk.

  3. sounds great, very healthy. you might just want a bit more protein, like grilled chicken or a tuna sandwich for lunch. tastes good, and its good for you! keep up the great diet!

  4. u need more fibre in your diet ur having to much protein are u active. plus how are u having the nutrients u get in meats that aren't in vegetables and fruits? other than that ur pretty healthy  

  5.   you need to eat meat. in the morning you should get some sausage with ur egg and use weat bread its better. for lunch you could have a salad with a small sandwich. get normal milk but organic. non-organc milk has growth hormones in it. and peanut butter and jellys arent good for you ur mid-night snack should be like meat or fruit but only on fruit thing a day maybe 2. and some fat is good for you not stuff thats in that crumy food from wal-mart but maybe organic meat or at least real meat from city market.  and get 100% juices, they are better. you need a balnced meal one sugary thing a day.

  6. you need some more fruit in you diet, a suggestion, by the way, I'm vegetarian too!!! and it rocks, oh and you might consider putting alittle more iron and protein in your diet

  7. Wow 11 and eating like this, you go girl/boy. At least one less person from heart disease and sickness that is great!! your diet is great keep it up!

  8. Honestly your to young to be worrying about diets. Try staying active and eating breakfest, lunch, and dinner. Including about 2 or 3 snacks throughout the day, averaging about the size of your palm(veggies, cheese). Dont worry about what you eat. Just mak sur you stay active. Your to young for dieting your body needs to grow.

    P.s.

    Its important to eat meat at your age. Not imposing on your beliefs but it isthe natural selecton (food chain).
