Is my sim pregnant on the sims 2 pc?

I kept trying for a baby like i did 5 times then my person started putting on weight so i used my home gym now she keeps being sick and there is a sign above her head with a dummy/pacifier with a question mark is she pregnant or not?? please help i'm very confused

  1. Yes, she is pregnant. If she throws up in the toilet with a pacifier and a question mark over her head, she is pregnant. You also know when a sim is pregnant when you hear the little chime after a try for baby interaction. Congrats!


  2. lol. if you went for a baby then,  the sims become pregnant right in that moment, it's not a chance game.
