Is my skateboard messed up???

Question

i have an almost uber light and its pretty good.BUT on the side of the nose where the layers of wood are, the layers are like, comeing apart! do i need a new deck?????? thx in advance for good answers

I take it you use your board alot aye?

well its jus wear and tear, its all about the way the boards are created, they layer cheap wood ontop of each other to strengthen it. You dont need a new deck, jus keep a close eye on it, if your problem prgresses down to the trucks, then you need a new board. And try finding one not made of layerd wood, it will last long :)

Squirt a little wood glue in between the layers (Titebond 2 is a good choice), and clamp it til the glue dries.  Wax paper between the clamp and the wood will keep it from sticking to the clamp.  Wipe off any excess glue while its wet, with a damp cloth.
