Is my skateboard set-up good?

deck- 7.8 Alien Workshop logo deck

trucks- 7.75 black Reflex trucks

wheels- 53 mm. Alien Workshop wheels

bearings- ABEC 5 Reflex bearings

Do I need to change anything? I've been thinking about changing my bearings to one of the following: Speed Metal Slayers, Zero Black Widows, or Bones Reds. I can afford them. And changing the trucks to Navigators.

good for a beginner...alien workshops not bad...but id suggest a plan b or an almost,,,theyre durable, have great pop...id suggest one of those
