Is my son having teething pain?

He is almost 14 months old, he had 4 teeths on top, 2 big teeth back, 4 teeths on bottom, as 2 big teeth back too, he wasn't cranky with his teeths alot but last night he seem very cranky, he couldn't go to sleep til 2am I tried to put him sleep he fall sleep and then every few mins he wake then back to sleep then wake, it's back in fourth. He also keep rub his face alot of time while he cried and complain. I think he will have teeth canine coming which I hear the most pain part, do you think he will have canine coming and bother him? I wanted to give him tylenol but I didn't cause I wasn't sure if it's really from toothache, He had nose running for almost a week! but no fever, no cold, just only nose running bad! What do you think?

sounds like he is. give him some children's motrin, and some baby orajel. the motrin should last about 6-8 hrs. and keep applying the orajel as you think he needs it. if you have any chewing toys for him, put them in the freezer for about an hr and then give them to him. he'll love them.

tylenol won't hurt him if he isn't in pain (unless you overdose him) try it and see if it helps
