I got a tattoo 2 days ago but the ink keeps rubbing off on my clothes and when i sleep. I have been also applying paw paw cream. Just making sure it's all good :)

  1. Yes I got ink stained on my sheets. DO NOT RUB or pick it. Keep the cream onto it like 2-3 times a day, or for as long as it is itchy. DO NOT itch it. DO NOT expose to the SUN for at least 2 weeks (as much as you may like to show it off)

Try not to sleep on it. Try not to let any clothing irritate it. Treat it like an open wound.

I too find 'Bepanthen' best for me, some contain lanolin. Lanolin is a derivative of sheep wool. Some people are allergic to this, as to some other chemicals and additives in creams and medicine. So use what works best.

Tattoos will fade over time, they will need a touch up every now and then. Not many tattoos, in my experience, don't need some missed areas touched up also after the original application.

hope this helps and enjoy it!

  2. try bapanthem(or how ever it is spelt)you find it in baby section of any supermaket my tattooist recommend it.. your tatt is just healing can take up to two weeks depending on quality of ink and size of tatt and detail in tatt

  3. You really should keep your tatt uncovered and clean it at least twice a day. I just got my two babies and I love them. The first one healed in like 3 days but the second one- hurt like c**p and looked disgusting for like a week until it was scar free. just be patient. Keep it clear and keep a light layer of A&D cream on it. and you'll be fine.

What kind of tatt did u get?!?

  4. some heal faster than others. just make sure you follow the after care inst you were given by the artist.

i had some butterflies done and they peeled with in 2-3 days.

my foot took over a week to peel off.

  5. yeah your good
