Is my team good enough? because im going to fight in the pokemon pearl wireless arena?

my team is lvl 100 dragonite

lvl 100 luxray

lvl 100 arceus

lvl 52 staraptor

lvl 45 riolu

and a lvl 3 shinx

im really not done training but i want your opinion about my team if im good enough.

i think u should get rid of shinx and get get a water or fire pokemon they would be helpful and also if u have garchomp he would be useful and evolve rioulu i believe it evolves lvl 30 or something so u must make it love u alot and i mean alot then make it gain a lvl and it will be lucario

h**l no ur not done, if u go to the wireless arena ur gunna get iced  plus i suggest better pokemon lik a fire type n rioulu needed to be evolved at around lvl 5  u need a good water pokemon empoleon, feraligatr, kingdra

fire charizard, typholsion, arcanine grass type if u want torterra meganium or sceptile u need to upgrade ur luxray to an electivre

acrceus should go b/c not alot of ppl are found of legendaries  so put in lik metagross or a rhyperior for raw power n then u should be good to go

btw u might want to have them all on the same lvl

evolve yur riolu.

instead of a shinx get a pikachu and evolve it.
