Hi Im in 7th grade (12) and just started running track. Today I ran the 100 meters for the second time, and got timed. I clocked in at 13.7 seconds. Is that a good time? When I finished I wasn't short of breath at all and I felt like I could've gone faster but I was so far ahead of the other runners that I guess I didn't have a lot of motivation. I really want to get good and get a faster time. ~What are some things I can practice to improve?~ (ex:drills, exercises...etc)
