I am 15 going to 11th grade(about 5ft 8 136 ibs)My 400 meter time is 55 secondsIm trying to get it to 50 seconds before track starts next year.for the last 2 months i've been running 2 miles(10 miles an hour for 12 minutes) i rest for 10 minutes then run 1 mile(10 miles an hour for 6 minutes) 5 days a week. is this too much or not enough?
