Is my usps packege being sent back??

ok i bought hookah like a week ago and it is being shipped from Canada and i got a tracking number,CX233760217CA, it said arrival at unit Cincinnati Ohio 45238 and I've bought packages before and when it says arrival at unit it is gonna be delivered soon but i checked it again and it said, Your item left the United States from O'HARE APT/CHICAGO at 5:30 PM on July 4, 2008. does this mean it is being sent back to the sender??

  1. It's being returned. Canada has some freaky laws about importing and exporting hookahs and tobacco. Hookahs usually pass through fine, but if there is tobacco in there....customs usually searches and catches it (They know most of the retailers). If it came with free shisha samples, Chicago customs probably caught it and is shipping it back because duties weren't paid.

    Friend of mine has his shisha shipped to Canada separately by other people as gifts. Rarely checked by customs.


  2. Yes, it is being returned for some reason. Contact the sender to find out what endorsements are on the package as to the reason for the return.

    I don't know what hookah is, but that may be part of the reason. An inaccurate address amy also be the problem.
