I have a vase or urn shaped vase that has white classical relief on wedgwood blue background. The bottom is stamped JAPAN in brown or black. I received this piece from my great grandmothers' estate in 1994, i am unsure of when it came into her possesion. I have looked all over the net and have not found anything that looks like it, so i don't know if thats a good thing or not! Please any help is appreciated!!!! I'll give ya 10 pts! Thanks!

  1. It probably isn't a fake because most fine porcelain pieces from Japan are either stamped in English writing or in their own native characters.

Here's a link to most Japanese porcelain markings ->
