yes it is natural you are getting older and your voice is getting lower hope i helped!

For your age, yes. Most boys have trouble adjusting their range after puberty. I was stuck as a baritone for awhile.

Your voice wont even fully mature until early 30s. As you get older however, the range should expand. When I was a teenager I had the same range. Now I'm a tenor and can go up to High C.

Dont force the voice higher but try some vocal exericses with a voice coach and they can help you make it so you dont have to feel as if you're straining
