Is my water dragon just ajesting to her new home? And is some thing wrong with her chin?

Ok. Well i have had my water gragon for 14 days now and i got her from a petstore! I give have all of the materials she needs! She eats plents but she is not very active. If i put her on the floor she runs like 5 steps and stays there. I would thing shes run all over. Is that normal? And the top of her body is mostly brown. She has been sheding but it is taking a long time for her to fully shed. Her tail is alll brown but she hasnt shed on her tail so is that why the tail is brown? Her chin also has some thing that i really dont know hot to describe! Its like not green there... and i dont know what is... She like rubbs it in the glass sometimes on the glass. So i dont know that that is! So can some one please help me because i worry about her alot!

im so sorry about your animal, and is it a lizard, i have a big lizard, I can't help but good luck, I hope she (what ever it is) gets well soon! i love animals and I can't stand to hear bad news about them.

Describe the size of your tank, what you have in it.  What decorations, water bowl (how big), what type of heating do you have, do you have any UV, do you have a thermometer/hydrometer, are you keeping the cage humid, what are you feeding it?

The stuff on her chin?  is it pink or red?  If so, it could be mouth rot.  

Mouth rot comes from animals that are in too small of an enclosure or are not captive bred but caught from the wild and go stir crazy.  They don't understand glass and continue to bang/rub their face on the glass until it turns into a wound, which gets infected, turns black and rots which if not treated will kill it!

ok josh you need get her to a  vet and take her there because my  cousin have one and he have the same thing is so sad the  skin your keep  rubbs is bab really bad get to a vet
