Does it mean that day 1 had the more stable or uniform attendance ?

ANSWER: MORNING "SESSION" is more stable.

Why?

Question asks for "session".   Question does not ask for "DAY"

computation of standard deviation of "session" shows MORNING "session" is smaller.  MORNING "session" is more stable.
