Is my weight average for my height?

I just went for a checkup at the clinic and apparently I am 109 lbs, and am 5'3". My height is 90% above average and my weight is 75% above average, so i'm a little concerned with that.

Hmm i'd say 105 would be average. But you're fine right now. Not overweight, not skinny.

Your ideal weight would be 115 lbs so below 95 lbs could be regarded as underweight and above 135 lbs could be regarded as overweight.  Your weight is fine.

I believe you are looking at percentiles  Percentile of what I am not sure.

Your height and weight are fine. Don't go by numbers go by how you look. Throw away your scale.
