  1. Yes very healthy and normal!

  2. 23

    5'5

    128

  3. Because you are under 18, you cannot use a normal adult BMI calculator to find out your BMI. You have to use a child's BMI calculator because it is more accurate.

I entered in your gender, age, height, and weight and I got a BMI of 23.6:

This BMI means you are slighty overweight, for your AGE and HEIGHT. An ideal BMI for your gender, age and height is between 15.1 and 22.3.

This is what the website said:

Overweight is a point at which your child's weight is no longer healthy. An overweight child may develop problems with self-esteem. And doctors are finding that overweight children are developing health problems such as diabetes early in life that do not develop in children of normal weight.

Overweight children tend to become overweight adults. Being overweight as an adult increases the risk of serious diseases such as stroke, heart attack, diabetes, and arthritis. So now is the time to teach your child healthy habits that will last a lifetime.

  6. Don't worry so much about your weight. You are only 12 years old and still have a bit of growing to go so it will all work itself out in the end.

Take a look at this site if you want to work out the right weight for your height.
