Is my weight balanced with my height?

I'm 5'3 weigh 115 pounds and am about to be 13 next month do you think this is an ideal weight? I exercise about 3 times per week and I keep gaining weight I eat usually 4 times per day what do you think okay? Need to lose a couple pounds?

  1. Keep up the exercise and make sure your eating wholesome food, not junk food. You weight and height for your age are in the normal range.

  3. Its obvious u will gain ur weight because u r growing dont do dieting just play aur do exercise

  5. hey I have a device here that calculates if you're overweight, underweight or normal.

    Well It says here it's normal with a BMI of 24.56 :] It means that if it reaches 25, that is the time you consider yourself overweight for your height and age :]

  6. Your "ideal" weight is based on your body. Are you healthy? How much can you lift? How far can you run? How flexible are you? Are you happy?  

  7. you are gaining weight because you are GROWING... geez dude... you are 13... let go of the weight loss thing for another few years...
