Is my weight ok? ok to loose more?

i really want to loose more weight so i feel comfortable with myself. i excersie so no worries there btw :)

i'm 5'4 or 5'3 and 105 or 104lbs

  1. Seems to me what you now need to work on is self esteem. Your weight should NOT define you. How bout concentrating on doing things you really love and enjoying life, rather then obsessing about whether you are acceptable to others.


  2. It's no good you asking a question like that Lilly May we just can't tell. Put up a photo and we'll let you know.

  3. You don't need to lose anymore weight. You should gain some if anything.

  4. Your weight is right for your height. Other things that go into consideration are bone structure and body-type. Buy any good book on nutrition they all have these things in the first chapter or so.

  5. At around 7stone 5lbs you are already underweight so no don't lose any more.

  6. You were tiny in that pic- I dont even want to know how skinny you look now.  You do not want to lose more. You  might want to gain more. But I understand now feeling comfortable with any weight- so if you don't want to gain- don't. But you really should not lose anymore.

  7. well if this is any help, i am 5'5 and 120lbs, and im happy as i am. i think ur weight is just fine, just enjoy yourself when u eat. its up to u if u want to lose more weight, but i dont think u need to, really. if u are exercising, u dont need to diet aswell at your weight. any extra weight u dont need would drop off naturally if u just eat normally, no diets!!

  8. Your weight is just fine.  It actually concerns me that at your tiny little size that you think you need to lose more to be "comfortable"...what do you want to do, revert back to your childhood weight?  

    You need to concentrate on building lean muscle and be strong, not wimpy and skinny.   I hope you are doing both strength training and cardio workouts.

    Check your weight/height on the BMI chart (I am guessing that you are a teenager, ...but I've included the teen and the adult chart...)
