First of all your wrist is bone not fat, and second of all anyone with a 5.4 inch wrist has a very small wrist!

honestly I don't care for size.

This may not answer your question but everyone is beautiful in their own sense, most of the Mr.Wrights really don't care as long as you're beautiful on the inside.

Don't go dieting, most don't work. Just make sure you stay away from most take away restraunts and the occasional walk could do wonders.
