Is my xbox 360 going to break?

i was playing my xbox 360 and all of a sudden the ring has two red lights but they were only on the left side. then i turned it off and then it worked. is it going to break soon?

sorry to be the bringer of bad news but.....yes my xbox did the same thing and at first i got so scared i turned it off right then and there. But a few weeks later it died. I know its painful i hated when mine died after it did the same thing.
