Is my yugioh card one of a kind?

I was trying to trade my yugioh card, Painful Choice on tradecardsonline.com but when I looked at the list of painful choices i didn't see mine on there. Can someone help me.

Is it Magic Ruler or Dark Beginning 1? Press add details and i'll edit this message.

It's actually Magic Ruler but called Spell Ruler, it might be from another country, i'll try to get more info.

Okay, Magic Ruler's name was later changed due to the changing of Magic cards to Spell
