Question:

Is my zucchini plant dying?

My zucchini plant produced about 6 or 7 zucchinis. The plant is now opening up leaving the center of the plant vulnerable. I thought maybe it was water too much. I really do not know how much produce it will yield; as this is my first time growing it.

  2. I am in Uk and mine are doing same as yours. It sounds as though you are reaching end of crop like me.

Enjoy your courgettes - if the season where you live is likely to be good for at least 3 months then plant again.  If not, plant more next year! I have at least 3 or 4 plants each year.

This has been a wettish season for me & mine in the ground are doing better than the ones in pots.

    Best wishes. h
