Is mycokerewards worth it?

In my experience, no. I got really excited when I first found out about it and started collecting points. I surveyed the site and found what I wanted (a $100 Simon Mall gift card). However, once I started entering caps, I realized that it would take forever to get enough points for the prize. By the time that I had a fairly significant number of points (but still not enough), the item was no longer available. Also, thinking about it in hindsight, $100 is less than I would have paid to get enough Coke product to get the item.

It takes too long to get the points and the offerings are constantly changing. Also, you'll likely pay more trying to get an item with points than you would just buying the item outright. So, unless you drink a lot of Coke products already , you may as well just buy what you want.

Finally, MyCokeRewards is going to be discontinued beginning of next year. You have a fairly short amount of time to get the points for the items. And, because of the impending end date, many good items are being discontinued, with no chance of being brought back.

it's a pain in the rear having to type in the codes, and some of the "prices" are too high, but I've gotten a few neat things from there- Free magazine subscriptions, hats, a backpack.  I guess it's worth it, 'cuz I still do it anyways!   YOu can only put in 10 codes a day.  I read on their site, though, that they are discontinuing it after December.
