  3. Natrium = sodium (Na)

    I don't think it makes a lot of difference, provided you get enough of it, and since sodium is found in salt and almost all foods that should not be a problem unless you are severely malnourished.

    The main elements for good bone growth are calcium and phosphorus. The hard parts of bone are mostly calcium phosphate.

  4. Calcium is good for bones, I did not hear about nitrium.
