  1. No haven't tried any of these but it believed that a diet high in zinc for men and folate for women will help, my sister in law had three miscarrages and the doctor told here to take megafol 5mg per day, it also helps to avoid birth defects, so take a multivitamin and a folate daily, raise your husbands zinc level in his diet and there is also a test you can get from the chemist, telling you when your optimum time of ovulation is, its got something to do with your temperature etc., also dont use tampons anymore this interupts the natural cycle (told to my sister by her obgyn) if all of this doesnt work, then maybe its time for a fertility test done on both of you, hope this helps you and goodluck starting your family! :)

  2. I've got pcos and have tried clomid and all sorts of other things.  they didn't really work for me either.  a few months ago I read some things about vitex agnus-castus and how it can help women with pcos so I decided to try it.

that was probably 7 or 8 weeks ago now.  after a few weeks, I had my period for the first time in 5 months.  my mood started getting so much better that I didn't need my anti-depressants anymore.  I'm pretty sure I know when I ovulated because I had painful stabby cramps and spotting.  I was just hoping the vitex would help me out with regular periods but it's looking like I might not make it to the second period!  I've been having all sorts of pregnancy symptoms (and not the kind of wishful thinking ones I used to get when I'd miss a period) and I've had very faint lines on 3 different tests so far but I'd like a test line to be just a bit darker so I know for sure.  :D

vitex doesn't work the same for everyone and works slow (I really wasn't expecting anything like this so soon; I was thinking it'd be 3 or 4 months) so do your research.  I think a lot of fertility blends have the vitex in them.
