Is naturalized US citizen still a Permanent Resdident?

I am asking this because on I-130 form there is an item: "if you are a Permanent Resident alien,....."; before that item is : "if you are a US citizen,...."

  1. naturalized us citizen means not born here but has gained citizenship.permanent resident means you have a legal green card but still deportable if necessary.


  2. Is not true, if you are a citizen you don't use your green card anymore and it will be extremelly hard to get deported after naturalization
