Is near King's Cross a good place to stay?

In the bloomsbury area, but near King's cross... is it safe and what else would you say about the place? thanks!

Bloomsbury is OK east or north of that is not be careful at night despite what they are trying to do to clean up the area they are not there yet and its still grotty.

Well Bloomsbury is nice, but the bit immediately around Kings Cross is a bit grotty and full of prostitutes.

There are probably more hotels in this area than any other. As ever, take care at night, as you would in any city and you'll be fine.

The area used to be terrible, but with all the rebuilding in the area, the Police and council have really cleaned the area up.
