2nd we can't even improve our military armaments bec. of luck of Funds.

3rd when a single nuke blast that  went to the wrong direction could already kill all the Filipinos in the Land.

if you are referring to the proposed nuke deal between India and  the United States: NOOOO!!! By signing the deal, India will become a pawn in America's global empire. The US never gives anything free, so there is little reason to think that this deal will come with no strings attached. By agreeing with the current terms, India will be selling out its freedom to carry out nuclear research and will become nothing more than another pathetic American stooge. In order to preserve its sovereignty and it to reserve it's right to become a global superpower, India must not bow down to pressure from the US. Instead, India should snub the US and carry out its own research on nuclear power.
