Is netzero dsl faster than at&t dsl?

DSL is DSL.  That being said it all depends on how much you pay for.  If you pay for a 1.5M line from netzero and then compare that with a 768K line from AT&T then yes netzero will be faster however if you pay for the same type of line from either company then they both will be the same.  Put another way the only difference in this case is cost (everything else being equal).  Ask both companies how much they will charge you for the 1.5M line and then go with the lower one.
