i have used both and preferred clean and clear. better effects and the texture of neutrogena kinda bothered me.

Clean And Clear works really well...

I like the Biore Stuff though, it clears up my black heads fast....

But I used that same wash for my face, the clean and clear, and it is a great product, so I would recommend it
