Selena told Twist magazine:

"I had dinner on the beach with a crush and there were lights on the palm trees! Then, went walking on the beach, and after that we slow danced. Wait, it gets better. While we were slow dancing…my crush and I had our first kiss! And after it, I leaned back and I said, 'You cheated.' And he said, 'Why' and I said, 'I don't kiss on the first date.' Then he said, 'Well, I never really play by the rules.' I was waiting for a a director to say, 'Cut' I was like, 'Are we shooting this right now?"

Nick Jonas also recently shared with Girls' Life magazine:

"On one date, the girl said to me, 'I don't kiss on the first date.' So I said, 'I don't follow the rules.'" The brothers high-five to that one. "Ooooh! It was so good!"

umm id think any1s really sure i no im not but that does sound like they did the whole quote thing and she was in their burnin up video so maybe i think theyd make a cute couple but i love nick jonas!

Last week, the Jonas Brothers were interviewed by E!News and Nick explicitly stated that he and Selena aren't dating.

On the E!News on Aug. 5th, the Jonas Brothers were on Ryan Seacrest's radio show and he asked Nick the question. Nick said that "anyone's lucky to date her", so it's ambiguous.

However, E!News did point out that in a quote by Selena Gomez, she said "I told a guy I on a date that 'I don't kiss on the first date.' and he said 'I never really play by the rules.' "

Then, they also compared it to a quote by Nick Jonas: "A girl I was on a date with said, 'I don't kiss on the first date.' and I said, 'I never really play by the rules.' "

E!News is pretty legit at reporting entertainment news, so you tell me if there're dating. ^_~ They didn't even knew they've accidently "admitted" it. They just haven't made an official statement to the public, yet.

Yes they are dating it was found yesterday that selena told tiger magazine a date she had once with a name unidentified and nick had an interview with someone and gave the same date with an unidentified name!
