Is nintendo going to remake the pokemon gold and silver games?

i mean the pokemon games already have all the pokemon from those games just to expand the country side. i just want to know if thay will

first we will have to wait for Platinum then Dusk Gold and Dawn silver in like 2011

Yes, Nintendo probably will remake the Gold and Silver versions of Pokemon, but because Pokemon Platinum is the next Pokemon game to come out (Spring 2009), it will not be for at least another year and a half before they come out, if not longer than that.
