Is nivea vegan?

do they test on animals? can anyone be trusted even if they say they dont test on animals? and I know they put fat in soaps and I'm wondering if nivea is vegan?

    Beiersdorf Inc. (Nivea, Eucerin, Basis, La Prairie) does not test on animals.

    They are not listed on either the "Do Test" or "Dont Test" lists of PETA.  They are also not listed on the GoCrueltyFree website.
