My "ex" had HER attorney draft an agreement in the Divorce Mediation, that became a part of the Final Divorce Decree. If she fails to comply with that agreement, can she be cited for "Contempt of Court"?

  2. yes she can

  3. As long as both of you signed it as well as the judge, then it is a binding agreement.  Anyone can be held in contempt for breaching it.  So the answer is YES
