Is norma alicia a good name for a baby?

THE REASON I AM PICKING THIS NAME IS CUZ I AM MEXICAN AND I WANT SOME ONES OPINIAN ON IT (I THINK THAT IS SPELLED WRONG)

  1. It is spelled correctly.  It does sound a bit rhymey though as both names end in an A sound.  I love Alicia especially.  i would chose Alicia Nicole or Norma Alice.

  8. No I don't like the name Norma, I am american and named my daughter Gabriella but she gets asked "do you talk a lot?" by everyone including TEACHERS!  So don't go with a name like that that will have a nickname Gabby.

  10. You spelled it right.  I don't really think 2 names that end in "a" flow very well, but it is your child and if you like the name then go for it.  I would go with Alicia Marie, but that's just me.  Norma isn't my favorite, but it isn't horrible.  Maybe Norma Elyse would flow better.

  12. Well, first of all "Norma" is an English and Italian name originating in Bellini's opera titled "Norma" so not Mexican at all.

    But to your question, its an okay name, I like Alicia as a middle name but not so much Norma, I think it is a little outdated, if you would like some true Mexican names as suggestions:

    Graciela Alicia

    Eva Alicia

    Lilia Rosa
