  3. It is nice.  There are not many totally "ghetto" areas in the east valley....some places may be older and not sparkling shiney and full of rich people but that doesn't make those area ghetto areas.  ;-)

  4. the only part of Scottsdale that is Ghetto, is maybe south scottsdale, by McDowell Rd.... there is always  a stabbing or shotting or robbery there....
