No but British people live in Northern Ireland. They have lords in the House of Lords from Ireland etc etc Uk includes Ireland Britain includes Wales and Scotland. Thus Scottish and British mean the same thing. So if someone is scot irish they are british people from Northern Ireland. Confused yet?lol
